Dear Members, Prospective Members and Friends,

We can’t begin to tell you how excited we are to announce the formation of the Harvard Business School Green Business Alumni Association. As the Green Economy grows, we want HBS alumni to be at the forefront of innovation and leadership.

Most of us know that the solutions to our environmental problems have been available in the technology world for many years, but the momentum to commercialize and profit off of these solutions has been moving at an incredible pace in the last five years; wind, solar, biofuels, carbon credits, water conservation and purification solutions, these topics are gaining widespread interest and acceptance around the world.

We want to do several things for HBS alumni; make the topics more user friendly through panels, webinars, news pieces and events, bring together alumni working in this field to exchange ideas, network and build partnerships and to link students, HBS and alumni in order to develop a more formalized channel for allowing graduates to enter the Green Economy.

Most importantly, we are here to help you. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to submit your ideas for the association.  We also encourage you to volunteer to help us expand our efforts.
